As all products are handmade, the turn around time is up to 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping timeframes. We do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible, as all products are made to order due to our wide variety there is specific timeframes some products require for setting.

Returns & Exchange
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item & packaging.

How to request a return or exchange
1. Email us at aromaahousee@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Include clear photos of the item & packaging.
3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-returnable items

-Opened candles, diffusers, room sprays or our electric products- eg candle lamps.
-Customised or personalised items.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
